LANDINGS – Welcoming Returning Catholics - at Beaconsfield. If you are a Catholic who has been away but is thinking about rejoining the Catholic community you will be made very welcome at Landings. Run by a core team of enthusiastic welcomers with a decade of experience in helping Catholics return, this 8-week process offers “a place to land”, a place for compassionate listening and non-judgemental acceptance, for asking questions and reconnecting with your faith as an adult.

Faith Sharing Concerts

Concerts with stories and prayer are an ideal way for musicians to share their faith and
encourage the audience to do the same over refreshments afterwards.
Teresa Brown’s In
Search of Peace faith concerts of her violin music are an opportunity for
people to bring a friend who may not often come to church, to enjoy an hour of
music and stories, and to pray for peace in the world.
Short Evangelisation Courses
The Team can deliver short courses (typically a couple of hours on one or two occasions) on several aspects of evangelisation. Details here
Parish Small Communities
The Diocesan Evangelisation Team in collaboration with others is exploring the potential of parish small communities as a means to evangelise in the Diocese. Please see ‘Past events’ section for details of an open meeting that took place in March 2014. One thriving example of this is the Faith and Friendship groups in High Wycombe - read more here.
