Bishop David has announced the following clergy moves and appointments:

 

After twelve years, Canon Mark Floody will step down as Cathedral Dean and Fr Simon Penhalagan is appointed Cathedral Dean. Canon Mark will take up a temporary appointment as Parish Priest at St Brendan’s, Corby.

Fr Daniel Rooke is appointed assistant Priest at the Cathedral.

Canon Michael Harrison VG is appointed Parish Priest of St Martin de Porres, Luton.

Fr Christopher Perry is appointed Parish Priest of Our Lady of Walsingham and St John Ogilvie, Corby.

Fr Gerard Byrne is appointed Parish Priest of St Thomas of Aquinas and All Saints, Bletchley.

Fr Andy Richardson is appointed Formation Tutor at St Mary’s College, Oscott.

Fr Jobin Koshackal Jose VC and Fr Ebin Thomas VC are appointed to The Holy Family and St John the Apostle, Luton.

Fr Nicholas Nwanzi has a full-time chaplaincy post at H.M. Prison Grendon.

Fr Richard Aladics, a priest of the Leeds Diocese is appointed Parish Priest of Christ the King, Bedford.

Fr Jaismon Francis MSFS is appointed Parish Priest of Our Lady of Lourdes, Bedgrove.

Canon Derek Turnham will be priest to St Anne’s, Wendover. Canon Derek is a priest of the Middlesborough Diocese and is living now in Long Crendon.

Fr Maria Selvan Alexander, MSFS is to leave the St Barnabas Cluster, Milton Keynes, to take up an appointment in another diocese.

Fr Shalbin Marottikudy, MSFS is appointed assistant priest to the Cathedral

Fr Mark Owen, a Redemptorist priest, will be joining the St Barnabas Cluster in Milton Keynes.

Canon Tony Brennan will replace Fr Andy Richardson as Episcopal Vicar for the Priest Vicariate.

Canon Francis Higgins is appointed Episcopal Vicar of Development.

Fr Pius Amoako is appointed Vocations Director.

Fr Wayne Coughlin has stepped down as the Diocesan Director of Missio. Fr Daniel Rooke will be replacing him.
