In this special Jubilee Year, Catholics across the UK are being invited to take a powerful step on their journey of faith – by leaving a gift in their Will to Catholic causes they hold dear.

Catholic Legacy Week, 2–8 June 2025, is a national initiative to show how Catholics can continue to walk in faith beyond their lifetimes. Organised by Your Catholic Legacy, a coalition of Catholic charities, the week encourages prayerful reflection on legacy giving as a natural and lasting expression of faith, hope, and love.

To mark the spirit of the Jubilee Year, an exclusive prayer card is available to Catholics FREE in this publication. It’s a simple, beautiful reminder to pause and reflect on our journey of faith.

Catholics are being offered three simple ways to make a difference during 2-8 June:
1. Pray using the exclusive Pilgrims of Hope prayer card included in the Catholic press in June.

2. Pledge to leave a gift in their Will to a Catholic cause.
3. Promote Catholic Legacy Week by sharing the message with loved ones.

“You walk in faith, and your footsteps leave a mark on the world. But where will your journey lead next?” said Christine Reidy, who runs Catholic Legacy Week. “I invite everyone to spend time this week looking back over their life’s journey. Ask yourself, what values do I live by, and how can I bless future generations? A legacy to a Catholic charity not only sustains vital work, but also ensures faith lives on.”

People are encouraged to visit yourcatholiclegacy.org.uk to explore how gifts in Wills can support everything from education and gospel evangelism, to care for the poor and vulnerable.
